About The RoleThe Marketplace GR Operations role is focused on overseeing the global health of the marketplace, identifying and addressing issues in key regions. Measure the impact of these changes and collaborate with Product and Operations teams to launch global enhancements. What You'll Need / Bonus Points Basic Qualifications At least 4 years of experience in operations, consulting, data analysis, etc. Proficiency in English, with the ability to interpret and present data to various audiences in an engaging, clear, and concise manner. Proficiency in Excel and SQL OR Python. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, delivering results in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment, while maintaining high-quality standards. Strong business judgment and excellent communication skills. A data-driven approach to decision-making, with strong critical and analytical thinking, as you'll be working with data and scaling processes.
