What You'll Do
- Design and scale churn and retention programs that guide merchants from activation through maturity, using data to drive smarter decisions.
- Partner with internal teams to deliver lifecycle interventions that are timely, relevant, and centered on merchant needs.
- Analyze performance trends to uncover insights and provide strategic recommendations to Commercial Leadership.

- Represent Latin America lifecycle priorities in global planning conversations about tools, policy, and process improvements.
- Own and execute data modeling and analysis to identify opportunities and tell compelling performance stories.

- Fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication.
- Knowledge of commercial and B2B workflows.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
- Proven ability to prioritize, organize, and manage stakeholder relationships across teams and time zones.
- Self-starter mindset-adaptable, solutions-focused, and ready to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields.
- Proficiency in Python or a similar programming language.
- Experience launching or optimizing merchant lifecycle or churn/retention programs.
- Comfortable communicating with executives and senior leadership.
- Passion for solving complex problems and thinking creatively.
- Strong empathy, balancing business goals with what's best for the customer.
