CPG Catalog Ops Lead
We're looking for a Senior Brand Owner Catalog Manager to lead a global team focused on improving the quality and completeness of our brand manufacturer (CPG) catalogs. These catalogs are essential for delivering great customer experiences, supporting promotions, and ensuring accurate sales reporting.
You'll manage a team of four catalog specialists across key regions (North America, Latin America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific) and lead initiatives to improve data accuracy, streamline catalog processes, and collaborate with internal teams and CPG partners to keep product information complete and up to date.
What You'll Do
- Lead and develop a global team: Guide team members' professional growth through regular feedback, goal-setting, and performance check-ins.
- Monitor and improve key metrics: Track KPIs related to CPG onboarding, attribute completeness, data freshness, and accuracy.
- Drive process improvement: Create and manage projects aimed at improving catalog quality and completeness.
- Partner on CPG engagement: Work with commercial teams to prioritize CPGs based on business needs and create engagement strategies to onboard them through third-party providers.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with CPGs, commercial stakeholders, and internal Catalog teams to identify and model all relevant product attributes needed for the business.
- Improve catalog processes: Help define and enhance catalog workflows to ensure robust attribute coverage and up-to-date data across all regions and merchant partners.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in operations, analitycs, consulting or any other role related.
- People management experience and team leadership: Experience managing and developing diverse, remote teams across multiple time zones.
- Analytical mindset: Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to extract insights from complex data.
- Technical skills: Proficiency in SQL.
- Fluent in English: Comfortable communicating with global stakeholders in English.
- Organized and strategic: Skilled at managing multiple priorities and driving structured, efficient processes.
- Clear communicator: Open to feedback, collaborative by nature, and able to clearly express ideas across audiences.
