De Regenboog – Etuda Als leerkracht in de Projectklas kun je écht het verschil maken voor kinderen, ouders én collega’s. Je begeleidt cognitief getalenteerde kinderen die behoefte hebben aan extra ondersteuning bij de ontwikkeling van (executieve)vaardigheden. Je werkt doelgericht en stelt samen met leerling en leerkracht een groeidocument op. Je zorgt voor een goede afstemming met de leerkrachten over het compacten en verrijken in de groep, zodat de begeleiding in de projectklas goed aansluit bij het lesaanbod. Each platform has different ad formats, bidding mechanics, measurement models, and audience data. You understand the differences and allocate budget accordingly. You evaluate emerging platforms and new ad formats as they launch and make the call on whether to test them. Shopper Marketing Coordination . You are the bridge between digital retail media and in-store activation. When sales has an endcap display going live at 500 Target stores, you plan the Roundel campaign to amplify it. When a new SKU launches into Walmart, you coordinate the Walmart Connect strategy with the sell-in timeline. You work directly with the VP of Sales to align retail media spend with joint business plans, promotional calendars, and retailer-specific programs. You ensure that what's happening on the screen and what's happening in the store are part of the same plan. Measurement & Reporting. You build the measurement framework connecting retail media performance to actual business outcomes across six-plus platforms. ¡En Banco Ripley estamos en búsqueda de un/a Subgerente de Prevención de Fraude! 🔍🚀 Si te apasiona la estrategia, el uso de datos y la tecnología para anticipar riesgos y proteger a los clientes en entornos digitales, ¡te estamos buscando! 🙌 🎯 Misión del cargo Diseñar, liderar y evolucionar la estrategia integral de prevención, detección y gestión del fraude del Banco, resguardando los activos, la confianza de los clientes y la continuidad del negocio. ¿Cuál será tu principal desafío? 🚀 📊 Definir y ejecutar la estrategia corporativa de prevención de fraude, alineada con el apetito de riesgo, la estrategia digital y el marco de riesgo operacional del Banco. 🔍 Liderar los modelos de detección temprana de fraude, incluyendo reglas, modelos predictivos, machine learning y analítica avanzada en canales digitales, pagos, tarjetas, créditos y onboarding. 🚨 Supervisar la gestión integral de incidentes de fraude, desde la detección hasta la contención, análisis de causa raíz y planes de remediación. 🌐 Monitorear de forma permanente nuevos patrones de fraude, amenazas emergentes y tipologías locales e internacionales, incorporando inteligencia externa y colaboraciones sectoriales. 🤝 Coordinarse activamente con áreas de Tecnología, Ciberseguridad, Canales Digitales, Operaciones, Cumplimiento y Riesgo Operacional. 📜 Asegurar el cumplimiento de la normativa vigente y expectativas regulatorias (CMF, estándares de la industria, buenas prácticas internacionales). 📈 Presentar reportes ejecutivos periódicos a Comités de Riesgo y Alta Administración, incluyendo indicadores, tendencias, pérdidas evitadas y brechas de control. 👥 Liderar, desarrollar y potenciar equipos especializados, promoviendo una cultura preventiva, analítica y orientada al cliente. 🔎 Participar en la evaluación de nuevos productos, procesos y tecnologías desde la perspectiva de fraude y riesgo. ¿Qué valoramos en tu postulación? 🎯 🎓 Título profesional en Ingeniería Civil, Ingeniería Comercial, Ingeniería Informática, Matemática, Estadística u otra carrera afín. 📚 Deseable postgrado o especialización en Riesgos, Data Science, Analítica Avanzada, Inteligencia artificial, Seguridad de la Información o Finanzas. 💼 Al menos 5–10 años de experiencia en gestión de fraude, riesgos, ciberfraude, medios de pago o analítica, idealmente en banca, fintech, retail financiero o compañías de servicios financieros. 👥 Experiencia liderando equipos multidisciplinarios y proyectos de alto impacto. 💳 Exposición a entornos digitales, pagos electrónicos, tarjetas, canales remotos y ecosistemas de partners.
