The Position: The Coordinator of Operations and Maintenance Supervisors – BESS is responsible for overseeing a team of supervisors managing the operation and maintenance of multiple Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) plants. The role involves ensuring efficient plant operations, high availability, and quality service delivery while fostering team collaboration, technical excellence, and compliance with contractual obligations.
