About the position
The HR Analyst is a proactive and people-oriented professional with a strong focus on organizational development, culture, onboarding, and employee experience. This role combines general HR responsibilities with strategic initiatives that directly support the growth, development, and well-being of employees, contributing to the alignment of the HR strategy with overall business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Align and implement the company’s talent management and culture strategy.
- Continuously optimize and monitor the onboarding process, ensuring successful integration aligned with company values.
- Collaborate in the design and implementation of career development paths, promoting talent growth and retention.
- Organize and oversee training programs to strengthen employee skills and knowledge.
- Support the performance review process, identifying key talents and improvement areas, and creating personalized action plans.
- Design and lead wellness programs and activities that promote a healthy, motivating workplace.
- Monitor and follow up on action plans to improve workplace climate, fostering a positive and productive environment.
- Maintain close and regular communication with employees to identify needs and encourage continuous development.
- Provide strategic support to leaders to enhance team management, internal communication, and productivity.
- Analyze and report key HR metrics (onboardings, offboardings, performance, workplace climate) to support data-informed decision-making.
- Perform general HR administrative tasks such as control document, attendance, onboarding and offboarding, labor documentation submission etc)
- Support engagement surveys and cross-functional organizational development initiatives.
- Other duties related to HR.
Position Requirements:
- 2 to 3 years of experience in HR roles, ideally with a focus on organizational development.
- Experience using HR systems – BUK knowledge is a plus.
- Intermediate Excel skills and ability to analyze HR data.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
- Shows personal commitment, and is a strong team player
- Ready to constantly develop his / her skills and qualifications (learning orientation)
Language:
- Fluency in English is required.
Education:
- Technical or professional degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
