EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE High school diploma or equivalent Current American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. Current AHA Healthcare Provider BLS instructor certification required or able to obtain within six (6) months of hire. Previous experience with AHA Training Center requirements preferred. Knowledge of AHA Training Center requirements for maintained accreditation status. Knowledge of infection control and blood-borne pathogen practices. Demonstration of ability to work with and teach clients of all ages Demonstration of effective problem solving, decision-making, interpersonal, and team work skills.
