Job Description:We're looking for a skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team in Chile.The ideal candidate should be an expert in managing public cloud infrastructures, with a strong background in Linux and SQL. As a tech-savvy professional experienced in the fintech sector, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our infrastructure, ensuring top-notch service for our customers.Key Responsibilities:Provide technical support and guidance on cloud-based services.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Linux servers and SQL databases.Perform requirement specification and output PRD.Conduct system testing (functional, system integration, and user acceptance tests).Deliver system training and knowledge transfer to clients.Manage system operation and maintenance post-launch.Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish, offering bilingual support to our diverse client base.Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project management and continuous improvement.Requirements:Proficiency in Linux and SQL.Previous fintech industry experience.Fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong project management skills and a collaborative team player.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Technical certifications in AWS (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified SysOps Administrator) are a plus.Experience in a technical support role within the IT or fintech sector are a plus.Demonstrated ability to manage projects and work collaboratively with teams.Please send me the English version of your resume to this LinkedIn account or my WhatsApp Account +86 13618706622(Maisie).
