Job Description:

We're looking for a skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team in Chile.

The ideal candidate should be an expert in managing public cloud infrastructures, with a strong background in Linux and SQL. As a tech-savvy professional experienced in the fintech sector, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our infrastructure, ensuring top-notch service for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and guidance on cloud-based services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Linux servers and SQL databases.
• Perform requirement specification and output PRD.
• Conduct system testing (functional, system integration, and user acceptance tests).
• Deliver system training and knowledge transfer to clients.
• Manage system operation and maintenance post-launch.
• Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish, offering bilingual support to our diverse client base.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project management and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Proficiency in Linux and SQL.

Previous fintech industry experience.

Fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong project management skills and a collaborative team player.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Technical certifications in AWS (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified SysOps Administrator) are a plus.
• Experience in a technical support role within the IT or fintech sector are a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects and work collaboratively with teams.
