Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Retail Manager to oversee Infinix's retail operations in Chile. This role will primarily focus on sales team management and target achievement while driving retail network expansion to ensure outstanding brand performance in the market. Key Responsibilities 1. Sales Performance & Promotion Team Management (Top Priority) · Build, train and lead high-performing promotion teams to exceed monthly sales targets · Develop innovative in-store promotion strategies to maximize conversion rates · Establish KPIs and incentive programs to continuously enhance team productivity · Conduct regular store visits to monitor promotion execution quality 2. Retail Network Expansion (Secondary Priority) · Identify and onboard new retail partners to expand brand coverage · Develop market penetration strategies for tier 2/3 cities · Maintain key account relationships (Falabella, Ripley, Paris Department Store, etc.) 3. Retail Operations Management · POSM Materials Management: Plan, update and monitor the use of retail display materials nationwide to ensure brand consistency · Retail Budget Management: Develop and control regional retail budgets to optimize resource allocation and improve ROI · Ensure all retail outlets comply with brand standards · Oversee demo unit management including allocation, maintenance and performance tracking · Optimize store layouts and product displays to enhance customer experience 4. Data-Driven Decision Making via DCR System • System Implementation & Training Deploy the DCR system to centralize sales, inventory, and competitor data, providing real-time analytics.Train retail teams to utilize DCR tools for daily/weekly sales analysis, enabling proactive performance optimization. • Performance Monitoring & Collaboration Leverage DCR dashboards to track team KPIs, inventory turnover, and sales trends, flagging deviations for action.Share automated performance reports with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Supply Chain) to align strategies. • Competitor & Market Intelligence Integrate market trend data and competitor activities into the DCR system for agile strategy adjustments.Establish DCR-driven workflows to trigger alerts and collaborative responses to market shifts Qualifications Education: · Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields preferred. Experience: · 5+ years of retail management experience, preferably in consumer electronics/smartphones. · Experience in the Chilean market, with familiarity with local retail channels (e.g., Falabella, Ripley, Paris Department Store) and distribution models. Skills: · Strong leadership and team management abilities. · Proficiency in data analysis (Excel, Power BI, etc.). · Fluency in English (written and spoken). Other: · Results-driven with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. · Willingness to travel frequently across major Chilean citie
