About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Generalist to lead and manage the daily operations of the Human Resources area in Chile. This role plays a key part in ensuring legal compliance, attracting top talent, and promoting employee well-being, all in alignment with our company’s strategic goals. Main Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment & Onboarding Publish job vacancies (LinkedIn, Trabajando.com, etc.)Screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and follow up with candidatesLead onboarding and integration processes for new hires 2. Personnel Administration Draft contracts according to the Chilean Labor Code (Articles 10, 22, etc.)Manage sick leaves, time off, and employee absencesKeep HR systems up to date (e.g., SAP, Oracle) 3. Compensation & Benefits Oversee payroll, bonuses, and social security contributions (AFP, Health)Request and track payroll payments 4. Labor Relations Advise managers on performance and organizational climateSupport conflict resolution aligned with local law (Law 20.940) 5.
