Our portfolio includes leading brands in emerging markets such as TECNO, itel, Infinix, Carlcare (after-sales services), oraimo (smart accessories), and Syinix (home appliances). About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Generalist to lead and manage the daily operations of the Human Resources area in Chile. This role plays a key part in ensuring legal compliance, attracting top talent, and promoting employee well-being, all in alignment with our company’s strategic goals. Main Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment & Onboarding Publish job vacancies (LinkedIn, Trabajando.com, etc.)Screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and follow up with candidatesLead onboarding and integration processes for new hires 2. Personnel Administration Draft contracts according to the Chilean Labor Code (Articles 10, 22, etc.)Manage sick leaves, time off, and employee absencesKeep HR systems up to date (e.g., SAP, Oracle) 3. Compensation & Benefits Oversee payroll, bonuses, and social security contributions (AFP, Health)Request and track payroll payments 4. Labor Relations Advise managers on performance and organizational climateSupport conflict resolution aligned with local law (Law 20.940) 5. Legal Compliance Ensure adherence to Chilean labor legislation (e.g., 40-hour workweek, breaks)Prepare reports for the Labor Directorate when needed Requirements Education: Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields (preferred)Experience: 3–5 years in HR generalist roles in Chile Knowledge: Strong command of Chilean Labor CodeIntermediate English (for working in a multinational environment) Soft Skills: Assertive communication & confidentialityAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities What We Offer Competitive salary in USDHealth plan (Isapre or Fonasa) + supplemental health insuranceFlexible and collaborative work environment
