Responsabilidades Liderar la gestión documental y administrativa del área de Recursos Humanos. Asegurar el cumplimiento normativo en los registros laborales, contratos, licencias médicas y procesos de ingreso/egreso. Brindar soporte de respaldo (backup) en el procesamiento de remuneraciones. RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPALES Gestión Documental y Cumplimiento Legal Elaborar y gestionar contratos de trabajo, anexos, cartas de término y demás documentos laborales, asegurando la actualización y el cumplimiento legal.Mantener los archivos del personal (físicos y digitales) completos, ordenados y listos para auditorías.Tramitar la documentación de licencias médicas ante instituciones externas (Isapres/Compin).Registrar y actualizar los movimientos del personal ante las entidades de seguridad social (AFP, Isapres/Fonasa, AFC).Gestionar y controlar los checklists administrativos de RRHH para todos los ciclos de vida del colaborador (ingreso, egreso, cambios de estatus). Soporte Administrativo y Atención al Personal Responder consultas del personal relacionadas con contratos, beneficios y documentación.Apoyar a Finanzas y Legal con la documentación laboral requerida.Mantener actualizados los registros y trackers de control administrativo del área. Apoyo de Respaldo (Backup) a Remuneraciones Asistir en el proceso mensual de remuneraciones, incluyendo el ingreso y la validación inicial de datos.Colaborar en el cálculo y la emisión de finiquitos y pagos finales.Brindar apoyo en la gestión de la casilla de correo del área de Remuneraciones. Requisitos Experiencia Fundamental: Mínimo 7 años de experiencia demostrable en Administración de RR.HH., con un marcado enfoque en Gestión Documental y Legal Laboral. Conocimiento Legal: Sólido manejo de la legislación laboral chilena, seguridad social y normativa de beneficios. Habilidades Críticas: Organización y Atención al Detalle de nivel superior.Dominio avanzado de Excel y sistemas de gestión documental digital. Formación: Título Técnico o Profesional en áreas afines a RR.HH., Administración o Contabilidad. Idioma: Inglés Intermedio (deseable/requerido).
