Key Responsibilities Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and attending to inbound leads.Conduct high-quality discovery calls and product demonstrations.Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client communications in the CRM.Manage a portfolio of accounts to ensure client satisfaction and retention.Educate clients on product functionality and value.Serve as a customer advocate, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.Promote customer loyalty through consistent engagement and support.Address client questions around pricing, product features, and implementation.Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Support teams.Stay updated on product developments and industry trends.Perform any additional duties as assigned by your manager. Requirements 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, account management, or customer success.Strong understanding of the sales cycle and customer lifecycle.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.University degree in Business, IT, or a related field.Proven ability to meet KPIs and drive results.High computer literacy and a quick grasp of IT/software concepts.Self-motivated with a proactive, champion mindset.Experience in the GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) or Cybersecurity domain.Background working in a high-growth tech startup environment.Knowledge of the Cybersecurity or GRC SaaS market landscape.
