Sales Development Representative [Remote] - LATAM

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and attending to inbound leads.
  • Conduct high-quality discovery calls and product demonstrations.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client communications in the CRM.
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Educate clients on product functionality and value.
  • Serve as a customer advocate, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Promote customer loyalty through consistent engagement and support.
  • Address client questions around pricing, product features, and implementation.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Support teams.
  • Stay updated on product developments and industry trends.
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned by your manager.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, account management, or customer success.
  • Strong understanding of the sales cycle and customer lifecycle.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • University degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to meet KPIs and drive results.
  • High computer literacy and a quick grasp of IT/software concepts.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive, champion mindset.
  • Experience in the GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) or Cybersecurity domain.
  • Background working in a high-growth tech startup environment.
  • Knowledge of the Cybersecurity or GRC SaaS market landscape.
