Job Overview We’re looking for a proactive, detail-obsessed International e Commerce Ops Associate to support the daily execution of our e-commerce roadmap. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who is a self-starter, comfortable taking initiative, and eager to learn how a fast-moving e-commerce team operates. You’ll help with our Shopify storefronts (US + International), audit pages for accuracy, support website updates, and ensure our digital experience is polished, up-to-date, and conversion-ready. The ideal candidate has experience working in Shopify with an e-commerce brand, thrives on organization, and loves solving small problems before they become big ones. Job Responsibilities Product Description Pages (PDP) Setup & Auditing: Create and update PDPs with accurate product info, pricing, SKUs, and imagery.Regularly audit product pages for errors, inconsistencies, or missing details. Performance Landing Page (PLP) Setup Help build PLPs for marketing campaigns and promotions.QA pages for correct links, pricing, copy, and creative assets. Website Maintenance Update site content, promotions, banners, and product launches.Support execution of the ecommerce roadmap through daily tasks and updates.Test new features and flag issues before and after deployment.Process and implement AI translations for international store content. Bug Support & Issue Resolution Proactively check for broken links, site bugs, or content issues.Document and escalate problems to the Tech team; track until resolved. Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams Partner with marketing, product, creative, and CX teams to keep the site aligned with campaigns and launches.Assist with updates across international storefronts and multi-store setups. Reporting & Operational Support Run weekly reports (site performance, QA checks, product accuracy, etc.).Maintain clean documentation for updates and recurring processes. Qualifications & Experience 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, website operations, digital merchandising, or similar roles.Experience working with Shopify and e-commerce brands strongly preferred.Experience supporting international storefronts or multi-store Shopify setups is a plus. Technical Skills Strong understanding of e-commerce fundamentals and customer experience best practices.Experience working in Shopify and supporting multi-store e-commerce websites (preferred).Basic knowledge of SEO as it relates to PDPs and category pages.High attention to detail with strong auditing, QA, and problem-solving skills.Comfortable with spreadsheets and running reports (Google Sheets/Excel).Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, startup environment.
