Main activities to be performed:Develop expertise in Murex interface solutions and general knowledge of the platform.Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain Systems Integration software.Validate solutions with co-workers within the team and seek advice and expertise of other teams.Study functional specifications and translate them to technical design.Document code throughout the development process.Work within Agile Framework practices.Enhance product quality by detecting bugs at an early stage: Be an advocate of automation, Test Driven Development, Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery.Continuously learn and improve Functional, Technical and Leadership skills.Maintain good understanding and knowledge of the development best practices.Job Requirements:Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering and/or equivalent experience.1-4 years of experience.Excellent skills in programming language JAVA.Good skills in Object Oriented Programming.Experience with Enterprise Integration Patterns will be well regarded.Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal English is a must. #J-18808-Ljbffr

The Team The Operate team provides Murex internal and external client technical support to restore normal operations with minimal impact on clients’ business. To support efficiently all types of critical incidents, the team has become highly skilled in collaborating cross functionally and working under pressure while continuously learning new skills/technologies and obtaining transversal application knowledge in a rapid evolving environment. What You’ll Do Provide follow the sun support model (diverse shifts) on technical issues by analyzing, diagnosing, and providing solutions to 3 types of clients across all regions: Internal, SaaS, On premises.Leverage your knowledge and experience to handle client blocking production issues on the Mx3 platform through a call in a timely and accurate manner.Build a high technical expertise horizontally across various MX.3 components to be able to deliver a high quality of support.Collaborate between various teams (Dev, Product, DevOps, Infrastructure, Client services….) on problem resolution.Provide operability feedback to Product teams based on the incidents raised during BAU.Embedment opportunities on production readiness and new development to make sure the product is production ready from an operability perspective.Develop support processes, solutions and troubleshooting guides, Techtalks.
