The Team

The Project Management domain is responsible for the implementation and delivery of Murex solutions. The Project Manager leads the project team towards successful delivery, ensuring a strong long-term client partnership.

What You’ll Do

• Drive the project team towards objectives while contributing to team motivation.
• Communicate project status, providing clear visibility to Murex management & project teams.
• Define a project plan, including staffing and logistics.
• Coordinate with clients and integrators, ensuring readiness.
• Identify project risks & issues and ensure mitigations.
• Ensure project timelines, scope, budget, and quality are respected.
• Adopt & promote Murex project methodologies and align with clients.
• Contribute to definition and maintenance of methodologies.
• Prepare and execute project closure.
• Report to Project Director and collaborate with Murex stakeholders.
• Diffuse collaboration spirit among Murex departments with the project team.

Who You Are

• 8-10 years of relevant Project Management experience in software/banking.
• Experience in investment markets and client-facing activities.
• Understanding of the Murex Software industry is a plus.
• Multitasking and stress management skills.
• Organized, analytical, and methodological approach.
• PMI certification is advantageous.
• Advanced English proficiency.
