We are seeking a highly motivated Country Lead who is prepared to take on accountability for key operational metrics and develop our new projects. NOTE: CV is english required What you will do: Set the direction/vision for the business development of the region/country;Drive the achievement of business goals in the region/country by organizing cross-functional work of expert functions (ME, DOps, Marketing, Product, Finance, Legal, GR, PR, HR);Perform representative functions and be the face of the company in the country/region;Maintain existing projects & initiate new ones, which includes being able to find and assess solutions that might help the team achieve its goals more effectively;Initiate research & surveys.
