We are seeking a highly motivated Country Lead who is prepared to take on accountability for key operational metrics and develop our new projects. Applicants should be able to confirm a successful record in project management and show strong leadership & analytical skills, strategic thinking & result-oriented mindset.

What you will do:

• Set the direction/vision for the business development of the region/country;
• Drive the achievement of business goals in the region/country by organizing cross-functional work of expert functions (ME, DOps, Marketing, Product, Finance, Legal, GR, PR, HR);
• Perform representative functions and be the face of the company in the country/region;
• Maintain existing projects & initiate new ones, which includes being able to find and assess solutions that might help the team achieve its goals more effectively;
• Initiate research & surveys. Analyze research findings to identify opportunities for business growth and recommend actionable strategies;
• Plan and execute effective strategies for launching new cities, considering market dynamics, target audience, and operational requirements;
• Continuously assess and improve results in already launched cities by analyzing performance metrics, identifying areas of improvement, and implementing corrective measures;
