Responsibilities: Manage a growing account by identifying different opportunities to help position HCLTech as the partner of choiceDevelop a thorough understanding of the client’s business domain and technology landscape and map it to HCLTech’s products & servicesEstablish and build strong working relationships with business leaders at all levelsIdentify new opportunities by working closely with these business leadersWork with the pre-sales and solutions team to respond to different RFPs, present & defend the proposalsAssist in managing internal activities, like reporting on the sales pipeline, creating forecasting reports, renewal planning and contractingWork very closely with the Delivery team to understand the current deliverables and manage day-to-day client communication and ongoing relationships as it relates to current, new and upcoming projectsAs necessary, visit client location to capitalize on networking and relationship-building opportunities Skills and Qualifications: Experience with Account management or Solution based selling is preferredMinimum 12 years of relevant work experience, with at least 5+ years in core selling and Account ManagementProven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced environmentAbility to effectively communicate with client leaders at all levels (C-level down to mid-level support roles)Ability to work independently and manage personal and team member time, keeping deliverables and deadlines top of mindCreative thinking and problem-solving aptitudeStrong communication skills
