If you have experience in industrial maintenance and want to lead and optimize operations in a multinational environment — this is your chance! 🔧 Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage preventive and corrective maintenance of production equipment and facilities.Develop and implement maintenance plans to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.Lead and coordinate a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a safe and collaborative work environment.Ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations across all maintenance activities.Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient production.Analyze and report KPIs to identify areas for improvement. 🎯 Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.Strong knowledge of safety and quality standards.Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Degree in Industrial Engineering, Maintenance Engineering, or related field.Good level of English and Spanish.Willingness to relocate permanently to Europe.
