🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage preventive and corrective maintenance of production equipment and facilities.
• Develop and implement maintenance plans to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Lead and coordinate a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a safe and collaborative work environment.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations across all maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient production.
• Analyze and report KPIs to identify areas for improvement.

🎯 Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of safety and quality standards.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Maintenance Engineering, or related field.
• Good level of English and Spanish.
• Willingness to relocate permanently to Europe.
