Description Manages the overall product roadmap and aligns with the business strategy for the business segment. Develops product strategies and determines overall marketplace engagement approaches for the business segment. Manages strategic goals and market enhancement initiatives. Leads relationship and negotiations with key stakeholders; communicates the vision, obtains feedback, builds and drives consensus. Oversees market analysis of competitors, partner ecosystem management, product analysis, and researching new business models. Evaluates and manages new business opportunities, initiatives, mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, alliances and/or joint ventures. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's DegreeRelevant Experience or Degree in: Computer Science or equivalent field from an accredited university is required; however, relevant experience in lieu of a degree may be considered.Typically a minimum of 8 yearsExperience in technology and a good grasp of financial services technology preferably across all phases of the B2B product lifecycle within the Payments space. Demonstrated leadership in working across Sales, Product, and Account Management, experience successfully leading a team that operates within a matrix organization. Experience within a sales management and reporting environment, ability to drive reviews of sales activity across a broad stakeholder group. Experience driving management reporting and dashboards for consumption at a senior leadership level. A minimum of 3-4 years experience in a managerial position. Preferred Qualifications Master's DegreeComputer Science or equivalent field from an accredited universityPayment or technology industry experience is preferred.

Description Objective of the Position: Plan, coordinate and lead all activities related to software releases (core and custom), ensuring controlled, documented execution with no negative impact to the business. Lead release management from planning to Go-Live, working collaboratively with Development, QA, Delivery, DevOps, Product Team and Project Management teams. Perform as a key member of the team delivering Retail Point of Sale software. Main Responsibilities: Plan and coordinate all activities associated with software releases: hotfixes, patches, planned releases.Negotiate and validate deployment windows with internal and external stakeholders.Develop and maintain release schedule, ensuring alignment with project timelines and business needsEnsure proper integration and communication with Technology and Operations areas.Identify, document and mitigate risks related to releases.Oversee the preparation and execution of builds together with the DevOps / Operations team.Coordinate Go-Live activities including execution of deployment checklists.Ensure the publication of clear and complete release notes.Maintain centralized documentation of processes and policies associated with releases.Continuous improvement of automation and version control processes.Manage dependencies between different components or modules of a release.Assist with other related areas across POS Delivery team as required Position Requirements: Educational Background : Professional degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or related field. ITIL, DevOps, SCRUM, PMP or other related certifications desirable . Experience : 5+ years in IT project management, DevOps, release management or related areas. Experience leading deployment and release processes in agile and/or traditional environments. Knowledge technical tools for Cloud technologies, Release Management and Release Automation (e.g. Jira, Jenkins, AWS, GCP, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI/CD, etc.). Experience with versioning, change control and technical documentation. Key Skills : High capacity for planning, organization and coordination. Cross-functional leadership and management of multiple teams. Orientation to continuous improvement. Effective communication with technical and non-technical areas. Conflict resolution and risk-based decision making. English proficiency.
