Learn more at experianplc.com. Job Description Support all processes within the Data Management department as a team member. You will work in an operational capacity with new data furnishers reporting to Experian for the first time, develop an understanding of data loading principles and best practices, follow best practices and established processes, and collaborate with team members for technical growth and understanding. Main Responsibilities Engage with data furnishers, both written and verbally, setting them up to report data, troubleshooting issues, validating submitted data or building project work.Work with internal partners.Participate in scrum meetings to review escalations, worst cases, and any blockers that limit the ability to perform assigned responsibilities.Escalate issues to senior team members while managing the issue resolution.Research reporting history before and during all work related to data furnishers.Field support calls directly from data furnishers and other internal personnel.Enroll in and pass assigned training that is within the role's responsibilities.Participate in internal project and change acceptance testing.Provide input in weekly change reviews and in areas that require processing or procedural enhancements.Help with operational escalations.Troubleshoot data loading errors and inconsistencies while following the established processes. Qualifications 2+ years of related work experience in data management.Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).Proficiency in data management technologies (e.g., SQL, ETL tools, data quality tools).Experience with cloud-based data management solutions.Manage and analyze large datasets.
