If you’re passionate about consumer fintech, next-gen UX, and scaling DeFi to the masses—we’d love to connect.   ✅ What You'll Do: Social Presence Build and grow Lume’s presence across X, Telegram, Farcaster, etc. Own the brand voice — smart, meme-savvy, and fastPartnerships & Collabs Pitch and close collabs with other Web3 projects and influencers Run co-marketing campaigns, airdrops, and cross-posted contentGrowth Experiments Launch growth loops, referral campaigns, and viral content formats Optimize CAC, retention, and funnel across channelsAnalytics Track metrics like DAUs, social engagement, and ROI on campaigns Adjust fast, double down on what works 🎯 What We’re Looking For: Deep experience in Web3 (you should already be plugged in)2+ years in growth or marketing, preferably in a startup or crypto projectStrong communication and outreach skillsProven ability to create viral or high-engagement content on XObsessed with metrics, trends, and results 🏆 Bonus Points Built a CT/X account to 10K+ followersPreviously led growth for a DeFi or NFT projectComfortable jumping into community chats, AMAs, and spaces 🏖️ Leave Policy Unlimited Paid Time Off We believe in flexibility and balance.
