 Career Renew is recruiting for one of its clients a Marketing Lead - Crypto - this is a fully remote role and candidates need to be based in N/S America.
 



We are a DeFi strategy layer and user experience platform that makes crypto investing effortless, automated, and accessible to everyone.


We are reimagining how people interact with DeFi. We're building the most user-friendly platform for strategy-driven trading, perpetuals, token discovery, and wallet infrastructure — all on Solana. Think Robinhood x Stripe, rebuilt for crypto-native users and degens.

✅ What You'll Do:




  • Social Presence Build and grow Lume’s presence across X, Telegram, Farcaster, etc. Own the brand voice — smart, meme-savvy, and fast




  • Partnerships & Collabs Pitch and close collabs with other Web3 projects and influencers Run co-marketing campaigns, airdrops, and cross-posted content




  • Growth Experiments Launch growth loops, referral campaigns, and viral content formats Optimize CAC, retention, and funnel across channels




  • Analytics Track metrics like DAUs, social engagement, and ROI on campaigns Adjust fast, double down on what works




🎯 What We’re Looking For:




  • Deep experience in Web3 (you should already be plugged in)




  • 2+ years in growth or marketing, preferably in a startup or crypto project




  • Strong communication and outreach skills




  • Proven ability to create viral or high-engagement content on X




  • Obsessed with metrics, trends, and results




🏆 Bonus Points




  • Built a CT/X account to 10K+ followers




  • Previously led growth for a DeFi or NFT project




  • Comfortable jumping into community chats, AMAs, and spaces

Compensation & Package

💰 Compensation: Competitive salary + 0.25-1% equity
