Key Responsibilities 1.Cost Management & Analysis: Monitor material costs (raw materials, packaging, freight) and identify cost-saving opportunities.Analyze variances in procurement, production, and distribution costs.Develop standard costs for materials and update pricing models. 2.Inventory & Working Capital Optimization: Oversee inventory valuation (FIFO/LIFO) and reconcile physical stock with financial records.Implement strategies to reduce excess stock, minimize waste, and improve cash flow.Track key metrics: Days Inventory Outstanding (DIO), inventory turnover, obsolescence. 3.Supply Chain Financial Support: Partner with procurement to evaluate supplier contracts, payment terms, and rebate programs.Assess logistics and warehousing costs (transportation, handling, storage).Model financial impact of supply chain decisions (e.g., sourcing changes, network redesign). 4.Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecasts for materials-related expenses.Provide scenario analysis for supply chain risks (e.g., material shortages, price volatility). 5.Compliance & Controls: Ensure SOX compliance for inventory, procurement, and cost accounting processes.Audit cycle counts and inventory reporting accuracy. 6.Cross-functional Collaboration: Advise operations teams on cost drivers and profitability levers.Support new product development (NPD) with cost-benefit analysis. Qualifications Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA/CMA/MBA preferred.5+ years in finance/accounting roles with 3+ years in supply chain finance (building materials/manufacturing sector ideal).Sodimac&homedepot finance working experience.Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel/Power BI. Skills & Competencies: Deep knowledge of cost accounting standards (GAAP) and inventory management.Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools (SQL, Tableau a plus).Ability to translate operational data into financial insights.Strong communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration.Lean/Six Sigma certification is advantageous. Material sell: including TPO, PVC, HDPE, SBS, APP and other waterproofing membrane materials sales, geomembrane, rubber powder, cellulose ether, concrete additives, mortar powder,tile adhesvies, paint and coating ,SPC floor, Ceramic tiles,PVC-pipe and other building materials sales. 3. Formulate sales policies and develop sales channels. 4. Establish a cooperative relationship with Chile construction and real estate companies to achieve sales targets. 5. Responsible for the reporting and solving of problems encountered by the company's products, guiding and assisting in dealing with customer complaints, and timely feedback to the superior for problems that cannot be solved. Job requirements: 1.Bachelor degree or above, 5 years working experience in building materials sales. TPO, PVC, HDPE, SBS, APP, RDP and other building waterproof materials sales experience, or sales experience in mortar powder, tile adhesvies,paint and coating ,rubber powder, cellulose ether, concrete admixture，SPC floor, Ceramic tiles,PVC-pipe. 2.Understand the building waterproofing materials, decoration materials, and have the relevant sales channels and resources. Retail also ok. 3.Both English and Spanish can serve as working languages. 4.With team spirit, strong sense of responsibility, good communication and coordination ability, and with cross-cultural communication and coordination ability. 5.Experience in Sika,Mapei，Saint-Gobain, Sodimac，Homedepot are also preferred. 6.Based in Santiago : need to accept travel across Chile.
