Asus Chile is searching for a Key Account Manager to be part of the Retail team as full time member of the team. As a Key Account Manager at ASUS , you will work with cross functional teams with a wide range of tasks and activities directly related to management and accounts in Chile. This position requires interaction with clients, marketing, CPM, and Sales manager and management . To be successful in this role you are self-motivated, energetic, organized, detail oriented and passion on computer and technology. The ideal role will have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, oriented on results. This role helps to bridge between the customers and product/development teams to increase ASUS Sales. This is a customer-facing role that requires cross-functional collaboration with Product Development, Engineering, Customer Support, Sales, and Customer Success teams. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Gain expertise with assigned industry (SMB Enterprise) products and solution requirements.Align ASUS Sales with Architecture, Development, CTO, Business Unit, and other relevant teams as needed to accomplish account goals.Facilitate meetings with final accounts and reseller that will help trough the purchase processProvide direct communication with the customer, to explain the full purchase process and identify issues with possible resolution. Clearly and concisely address customer questions and requirements to follow up items.Responsible for providing customer input back into ASUS's roadmap and product planning processes in order to improve current and future product offerings and positioning as well as help identify new product opportunities or markets.Develop a clear understanding of ASUS's business practices, including pricing, forecasting, Terms & Conditions, Distribution and Business Code of Ethics.Manage relationships between ASUS and customers by establishing relationships with key individuals at the accounts.Identify and develop new opportunities within accounts.Coordinate product demonstrations and execute benchmarks to show product capabilities and ease of use.Understand competitor's strengths and weaknesses relative to the appropriate strategy.Develop trust relationships with ASUS portfolio of major clients to ensure they dont return to competition.Focus sales target and expected grow in SMB EnterpriseIdentify common issues/determine root cause, provide resolution, and seek continuous improvementContribute to product development, sharing insights from customers issues of previous products/deployments Qualifications and background Minimum five to eight years experiences in consumer electronic products and business operations Have successful experiences focusing on resellers in the market. Experience developing positive relationships and solving customer problems. Strong verbal and written communication skills Experience working in a fast-paced technology environment Proficient in PowerPoint and MS Excel. Ability to multitask and deliver with speed and little supervision. Strong aptitude for learning new methods and processes, dealing with complexity and understanding how to utilize them in a fluid environment. Self-starter and detail oriented. Clear ability to multi-task, learn and leverage a variety of applications Advanced English Level University or Bachelor's degree preferred.
