🔹 About the Role As Strategic Growth Architect, you will act as the connective tissue between sales, marketing, and customer insights. Your mission: unlock scalable newname growth by translating data and learnings into targeted, repeatable gotomarket strategies. This is a highleverage, strategic role focused on design, validation, and enablement—not direct campaign or sales execution. 🔹 Key Responsibilities Define, prioritize, and test new GTM strategies and segmentsCreate and refine ICP frameworks and lead qualification modelsPartner with Marketing & Partners to design growth experiments and funnel improvementsCollaborate with Sales to embed winning narratives, tools, and discovery modelsBuild and maintain GTM Playbooks tailored by region, vertical, and deal sizeRun regular GTM reviews and bring datadriven insights to leadershipLiaison with Partner as growth avenues.IM internal coordination for specific initiatives relative to support new name sales. 🔹 Your Profile 5–10 years in B2B SaaS, ideally with Insurtech or regulated market exposureExperience in growth strategy, sales enablement, or revenue operationsAble to bridge highlevel GTM vision and handson funnel improvementStrong analytical and strategic skills; fluent in CRM and funnel analyticsPolitically savvy—adept at working crossfunctionally without ownership conflicts 🔹 Bonus Experience with ABM or precision targeting in B2BFamiliarity with insurers, or regulated verticalsPrior startup or scaleup experience 3. Interaction with Sales & Marketing: This is not about replacing or duplicating sales or marketing. This is about giving both teams the strategic firepower and clarity to succeed faster.Sales & Marketing will keep all executional control—this person helps find what works so you can double down on it. Think of them as your GTM research lab.Sales and marketing are stretched and in a continues rush for immediate results. We need someone to focus fulltime on unlocking scalable growth—and to do that across silos.Nothing goes live without CCO buyin. We’ll set up a monthly steering group, so this stays fully aligned with your plans and priorities.
