🔹 About the Role
As Strategic Growth Architect, you will act as the connective tissue between sales, marketing, and customer insights. Your mission: unlock scalable newname growth by translating data and learnings into targeted, repeatable gotomarket strategies. This is a highleverage, strategic role focused on design, validation, and enablement—not direct campaign or sales execution.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Define, prioritize, and test new GTM strategies and segments
- Create and refine ICP frameworks and lead qualification models
- Partner with Marketing & Partners to design growth experiments and funnel improvements
- Collaborate with Sales to embed winning narratives, tools, and discovery models
- Build and maintain GTM Playbooks tailored by region, vertical, and deal size
- Run regular GTM reviews and bring datadriven insights to leadership
- Liaison with Partner as growth avenues.
- IM internal coordination for specific initiatives relative to support new name sales.
🔹 Your Profile
- 5–10 years in B2B SaaS, ideally with Insurtech or regulated market exposure
- Experience in growth strategy, sales enablement, or revenue operations
- Able to bridge highlevel GTM vision and handson funnel improvement
- Strong analytical and strategic skills; fluent in CRM and funnel analytics
- Politically savvy—adept at working crossfunctionally without ownership conflicts
🔹 Bonus
- Experience with ABM or precision targeting in B2B
- Familiarity with insurers, or regulated verticals
- Prior startup or scaleup experience
3. Interaction with Sales & Marketing:
- This is not about replacing or duplicating sales or marketing. This is about giving both teams the strategic firepower and clarity to succeed faster.
- Sales & Marketing will keep all executional control—this person helps find what works so you can double down on it. Think of them as your GTM research lab.
- Sales and marketing are stretched and in a continues rush for immediate results. We need someone to focus fulltime on unlocking scalable growth—and to do that across silos.
- Nothing goes live without CCO buyin. We’ll set up a monthly steering group, so this stays fully aligned with your plans and priorities.
