Young Professional – Trainee Recruiter at BairesDev

We are looking for a Trainee Recruiter to join our team. This is an ideal entry point for those looking to build a career in talent acquisition, where you'll learn the fundamentals of recruitment and sourcing while supporting experienced recruiters across the full hiring cycle.

What You'll Do:

- Assist in posting job openings across job boards and career platforms to attract qualified candidates.

- Support candidate sourcing efforts using LinkedIn and other tools to build talent pipelines.

- Review incoming applications and assist in initial resume screening under the guidance of senior recruiters.

- Help coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring teams.

- Maintain candidate records in the ATS, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.

- Participate in team meetings and recruitment training sessions to develop your skills and understanding of the hiring process.

What We Are Looking For:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field — or currently pursuing one.

- Genuine interest in recruitment and people-focused roles.

- Proactive, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
