Position Overview

We are seeking a Learning & Development Young Professional to support training programs and contribute to a culture of continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the coordination and logistics of training programs and initiatives.
• Support the design and development of training materials.
• Maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) with updated content.
• Collect feedback to enhance learning programs.
• Identify training needs with internal teams.
• Track and report L&D metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or in pursuit of one in HR, Education, Psychology, or Business.
