Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Web Developer to help realize our product vision by building sleek, performant web experiences for our platform.

Your Responsibilities

• Collaborate with designers and engineers to create user-friendly web interfaces.
• Oversee the development of features from architecture to deployment, ensuring quality and performance.
• Translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly interactions.
• Maintain and contribute to our front-end component library and design system.
• Work across teams to deliver fast, visually engaging marketing and product experiences.

Qualifications for Success

• 3–5+ years of experience as a Web Developer or Front-End Engineer, particularly in a B2B SaaS environment.
• A strong portfolio showcasing web apps developed with modern technologies.
• Expertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and familiarity with frameworks like React or Vue.js.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and backend integration.
• A focus on performance optimization and responsive design.
• Familiarity with Git, front-end tools, and CI/CD practices.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
• Willingness to work onsite from our Santiago office four days a week.
