Job Description

Ashoka is piloting an expansion of our volunteer program, seeking experienced communications specialists to join our elite communications team of 10-12 professionals. You will assist Ashoka staff with strategy, messaging, campaign design, and more.

Volunteer Logistics

Estimated hours required per week: Flexible and variable based on project needs.
Estimated duration: 1-3 months.
This position is virtual (remote).

Language Requirements

English proficiency is required.

Desired Skills And Experience

- Minimum three years of experience in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, and Content Development.
- One business and one personal reference are needed.

Familiarity /Experience With

- Core content and design tools such as Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
- CRM platforms for campaigns, segmentation, and automation.
- Social media management for content distribution and feedback gathering.
- Data analytics and project management tools.
