The Role

As we scale, we're expanding our Customer Success function to deliver maximum user value, especially during the critical first weeks of job searching.

What You'll Do:

• Engage users via chat and calls during onboarding.
• Support low activity users to re-engage them.
• Provide human oversight to diagnose issues and rebuild trust.
• Guide users for better results through empathetic communication.
• Suggest profile improvements, including paid services when beneficial.
• Collaborate with Product teams to enhance customer experience.

Key Success Metrics:

• Target activation rate: 95% of users complete profiles in the first week.
• Target early-stage retention rate: 20% of at-risk users remain active post-interaction.
• Target additional product conversion: 20% uptake of paid add-ons after engagement.

Requirements

You might be a great fit if you:

• Have 2+ years in customer success or related roles.
• Are fluent in English and Russian.
• Can work 40 hours per week within USA time zones.
• Are proactive and data-driven.
• Possess strong communication and objection-handling skills.
• Have a stable internet connection.
