Job Responsibilities

• Support senior T&WC Sales Officers in the origination and execution of new business opportunities across Core and Structured Trade solutions, including Supply Chain Finance, Sales Finance, Receivables Finance, Export & Agency Finance, Core Trade, and other Working Capital structures.
• Assist with the preparation of client presentations, proposals, pitch materials, RFP responses, transaction summaries, and internal materials.
• Perform financial, company, industry, and working capital analyses to support the identification of new business opportunities.
• Contribute to trade FIG LATAM portfolio growth, driving pipeline and enhancing revenue from existing clients.
• Support the structuring and evaluation of transactions, encompassing transaction economics, pricing, facility sizing, credit utilization, and revenue analysis.
• Provide execution support throughout the transaction lifecycle, coordinating with various internal partners.
• Help implement and close transactions, ensuring follow-up on outstanding items and resolving any execution-related issues.
• Assist senior team members in client meetings by preparing relevant materials and documenting key discussion points.
• Identify cross-sell and new business opportunities in collaboration with Corporate Banking and Payments.
• Build productive relationships and demonstrate professionalism and integrity throughout the organization.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Trade Finance or related areas.
• Strong communication skills in Spanish and English; knowledge of Portuguese is a plus.
• Client-focused with strong relationship-building skills.
• Ability to identify client needs and connect them with relevant solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Highly motivated with effective multi-priority management skills.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
