Mission

Program Hosts are key ambassadors, ensuring participants gain maximum educational and professional value through seamless logistics, contextual expertise, and outstanding on-the-ground support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead with Insight and Energy: Guide students and faculty through the established itinerary, highlighting relevant cultural, historical, and business themes.
  • Act as Group Anchor: Maintain presence throughout the program, ensuring safety and cohesion.
  • Prepare with Professionalism: Conduct thorough preparation in advance of the group’s arrival.
  • Problem-Solve and Adapt: Monitor program flow and offer real-time suggestions.
  • Collaborate as a Team Player: Work closely with Program Management and Operations teams.
  • Represent with Pride: Be a cultural bridge and a professional liaison.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English; fluency in local languages is a strong plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of your city/country.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience leading educational or corporate travel programs.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach.
  • Flexibility, calm demeanor under pressure, and passion for education.
