Responsibilities
The Opportunity
Planning, develop, innovate and implement Compensation & benefits programs, policies and process. Evolve to "Next Level" Employee Experience and procedures to align with the Business goals and competitive practices, also aligned to Sector / Global parameters. This position is also responsible for ensuring that programs are consistently administered in compliance with internal policies. The position will be the point person of TR SOCO with HRBPs / Clients for Compensation & Benefits requirements them, to solve together with TR Operations and COE.
Your Impact
- Design, analyze and generate compensation and benefits analytics for monitoring and decision making for the Business
- Design and update the local TR strategy according to LATAM/GLOBAL guidelines.,
- Analyze and update compensation & benefits policies to ensure competitiveness in the market.
- Analyze and evaluate our compensation & benefits package vs. market.
- Deploy communication and process to HRBPs and FP clients.
- Review and execute Focal Point's internal process together with HRBPs and TR Ops.
- Support Annual Salary Planning (Validate match, peer group, priorities) according to TR,
- Design and reinforce communication and strategy to increase employee participation in our wellness & benefits programs.
- Design, follow up and support the execution of a new communication strategy (together with TR Ops) for the compensation & benefits package.
- Design function material for HRBPs and clients (Manuals, guides, processes, trainings, etc) for Compensation & Benefits.
- Support TR communication strategy.,Analyze People Cost impacts as an advisor for the business.
