Gas Power Business
GE Vernova’s Gas Power business engineers advanced, efficient natural gas-powered technologies and services, along with decarbonization solutions that aim to help electrify a lower carbon future. As part of the Gas Power One Field Services team, FieldCore installs, maintains and upgrades power generation equipment, enabling operators of the world’s energy infrastructure to provide more reliable and affordable energy.
Job Summary
The Tool Keeper will maintain accountability, inventory, and serviceability of tools, materials, and consumables. Responsibilities may include other duties to help proactively drive our FieldCore vision and align with our organization’s core values.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Monitor and control the issuing and receiving of materials, tools and consumables to meet all requirements.
- Prepare requests and delivery orders for tools and materials.
- Transport materials as needed and inform engineers of their readiness for use.
- Prepare quarterly inventory reports and maintain stock levels.
- Ensure safety and readiness of issued tools and materials.
- Maintain safe chemical inventories and report safety issues.
- Perform other assigned duties and travel as required.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- High school diploma preferred.
- Two years of experience as Tool Keeper, preferably in Power & Energy sector.

- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prepare accurate reports and work independently under pressure.
