Mission / Main Focus

The consultant will provide support and delivery services to clients in their area of expertise, adhering to Murex standards for quality and effort.

Main Activities

• Provide support services to clients: follow-up and resolve open cases.
• Contribute to upgrade, migration, or implementation projects as a stream member and engage in client workshops as needed.
• Manage defect correction and product enhancement.
• Conduct training sessions, both internal and for clients.
• Assist clients on-site.
• Act as Support Coordinator under guidance.
• Provide internal assistance to senior profiles for demo/pre-sales preparation.
• Work on internal product evolution streams.
