We are seeking a dedicated and tech-sawy Customer Service Specialist to join our remote team. This role is ideal for individuals who injoy solving problems, working with clients and navigating technical platforms in English, during evening hours.


Work Type:


100% remote

Evening shift (Chile's time zone)

Full time position


Requirements:


Academic background in IT, customer service or a related field.

Fluent english is mandatory (written and spoken).

Previous experience with Active Directory and/or ConnectWise Manage is a plus.

Strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.


Key responsabilities: 


Responding to and solving customer iquiries via support tickets.

Managing and maintaining accounts through Active Directory.

Operating within ConnectWise Manage or similar ticketing/ITSM systems.

Delivering excellent customer service aligned with company standars
