Visión general y principales funciones

Estamos buscando Un Técnico Mecánico Industrial Para unirse a nuestro equipo.

Con sede en Ciudad de Santiago de Chile, reportando al jefe de mantenimiento, usted será responsable de ejecutar todas las tareas asociadas al Mantenimiento Preventivo, Correctivo y Predictivo Mecánico y/o Eléctrico de máquinas y equipos de acuerdo a políticas dadas por la Gerencia Planta en esta materia.

Principales Responsabilidades

  • Ejecutar lo indicado en la Lista de Verificación de Mantenimiento Preventivo (LVMP) de Máquinas y Equipos Auxiliares.
  • Completar la LVMP, indicando las tareas cumplidas, los repuestos cambiados y las observaciones que corresponda.
  • Completar la Hoja Diaria de Actividades (HDA) o el documento que la reemplace al final del turno.
  • Proponer mejoras a las listas de verificación del Mantenimiento Preventivo.
  • Ejecutar tareas asociadas al Mantenimiento Correctivo Mecánico en Máquinas y Equipos Auxiliares.
  • Participar en los Análisis de Causas Raíces (ACR) con antecedentes que permitan evitar la recurrencia de la falla.
  • Cumplir con las políticas y procedimientos de seguridad, calidad y medio ambiente de la compañía.
  • Participar activamente de los programas y formación además de informar de cualquier asunto asociado (Incidentes, productos no conforme, falla de máquinas, riesgos potenciales, eventos ambientales, casi incidentes)
  • Liderar la seguridad en el puesto de trabajo, mantener una conducta segura y comprometerse con su seguridad para llevarla más allá de la compañía.

Buscamos Un Trabajador Con Las Siguientes Habilidades

  • Técnico en mecánica industrial,
  • 2 a 5 años de experiencia en cargos relacionados.
  • Conocimiento de motores
  • Conocimiento de sistemas hidráulicos
  • Conocimiento de sistemas neumáticos
  • Conocimiento de bombas
  • Conocimiento de intercambiadores de calor
  • Conocimiento de Equipos Rotativos
  • Conocimiento de Equipos Rotativos

Overview And Key Functions

We are seeking an Industrial Mechanical Technician to join our team.

Based in Santiago, Chile, and reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for performing all tasks related to Preventive, Corrective, and Predictive Mechanical and/or Electrical Maintenance of machines and equipment, in accordance with the policies established by Plant Management.

Main Responsibilities

  • Execute the tasks outlined in the Preventive Maintenance Checklist (PMC) for machines and auxiliary equipment.
  • Complete the PMC, indicating completed tasks, replaced parts, and relevant observations.
  • Fill out the Daily Activity Sheet (DAS) or its equivalent at the end of each shift.
  • Suggest improvements to the preventive maintenance checklists.
  • Perform tasks related to Corrective Mechanical Maintenance on machines and auxiliary equipment.
  • Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) by providing information that helps prevent recurrence of failures.
  • Comply with the company’s safety, quality, and environmental policies and procedures.
  • Actively participate in training programs and report any related issues (incidents, non-conforming products, machine failures, potential risks, environmental events, near misses).
  • Promote workplace safety, maintain safe behavior, and commit to extending safety beyond the company.

Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

  • Industrial Mechanics Technician
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in related roles
  • Knowledge of:
    • Motors
    • Hydraulic systems
    • Pneumatic systems
    • Pumps
    • Heat exchangers
    • Rotating equipment
