Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Engagement

• Understand customer needs and deliver value-add solutions.
• Support sales teams with technical knowledge to improve strategies.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
• Conduct on-site assessments of crushing circuits.
• Prepare technical proposals and assist with contract negotiations.
• Convey the commercial vision regarding FLS Crushing & Screening equipment.

Technical Application Expertise

• Recommend crushing solutions based on rock properties.
• Interpret engineering drawings and process flowsheets.
• Provide product demonstrations and performance analyses.
• Collaborate with engineering teams for specifications accuracy.

Market & Product Insight

• Track customer behavior and market trends.
• Provide feedback for product improvements.
• Represent the company at industry events.

Internal Collaboration

• Partner with internal teams for seamless customer support.
• Support aftermarket teams in identifying replacement parts.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
• Equivalent industry experience accepted.

Experience

• 5-10 years in sales of crushing equipment.
• Hands-on knowledge of various crushing equipment is desirable.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong technical understanding of crushing principles.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to diagnose inefficiencies and recommend solutions.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and sizing software.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
