About the Role

As a Technical Manager, you'll become the technical expert, addressing leads' needs and collaborating closely with sales, delivery, and presales teams.

Responsibilities

• Engage with leads to translate requirements into documents and present our delivery model value.
• Travel to meet leads and showcase our capabilities.
• Participate in technical discussions to determine ideal solutions.
• Collaborate on proposals and estimates for clients.
• Provide consultancy on software delivery best practices.

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years in SDLC with software teams.
• 3+ years of specialized experience in a specific SDLC area, language, or technology.
• Experience in selling technology outsourcing.
• Expertise in one or two verticals, with deep experience in at least one.
• Experience with Cloud, DevOps, or Infrastructure.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Expertise in Data and Analytics, Quality, Cloud, Engineering, or AI.
