About The Role

The Technical Account Manager (TAM) facilitates successful adoption and optimization of our technology solutions, ensuring value for clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary technical contact for assigned clients, developing strong relationships.
  • Align technology solutions with customer business goals to drive outcomes.
  • Offer proactive guidance on system performance and best practices.
  • Collaborate with support, engineering, and product teams to resolve technical issues.
  • Conduct service reviews, health checks, and performance reports.
  • Identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support onboarding processes for smooth customer adoption.
  • Advocate for customer needs to internal teams.
  • Assist with renewal and expansion by demonstrating value.
  • Ensure adherence to SLAs and compliance standards.

Who You Are

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
  • 3–7+ years in Technical Account Management or similar roles.
  • Strong background in IT infrastructure, cloud tech, cybersecurity, or enterprise applications.
  • Experience managing enterprise or mid-market clients.
  • Proficient in incident management and service delivery processes.
  • Familiarity with ITIL frameworks is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts into business value.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
