Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Certifications in cloud platforms (e.g., Google Cloud Platform).
• 8 years of customer-facing experience in technical roles.
• Knowledge in cloud operations and managing customer implementations.
• Fluency in English and Spanish for client relationship management.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or Master’s in Management, Technical, or Engineering field.
• 5 years of experience in technical project or program management.
• Ability to translate business needs into technological solutions.
• Experience in cloud migration and collaboration with various teams.
• Understanding of IT operations and cloud-native app development.

About the Job

As a Technical Account Manager (TAM), you will facilitate customer adoption of Google Cloud products. This role involves guiding organizations through their Google Cloud transformation, ensuring successful delivery of Cloud Consulting engagements, and engaging with a diverse set of stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer adoption of Google Cloud by providing technical guidance and managing timelines.
• Advocate for customer needs and drive feature development.
• Develop stakeholder relationships and strategize around customer business needs.
• Plan customer events, ensuring success through collaboration with engineers and support teams.
• Create best practices from customer engagements to drive further Google Cloud adoption.
