Role Overview

The Technical Account Manager (TAM) ensures clients' successful onboarding, integration, and support using our inventory optimization solution. This hands-on , technical role bridges client engagement with data and system expertise, requiring coding proficiency and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Collaboration:Partner with clients to define and document their data integration needs.
  • Educate clients on data requirements, formats, and best practices.
  • Data Integration & Validation:
  • Support clients in extracting and validating data, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
  • Conduct detailed analysis of initial data sets, addressing discrepancies proactively.
  • Technical Configuration & Automation:
  • Build and optimize SQL queries, and API requests, and configure internal tools.
  • Design scripts and workflows to automate routine data extraction processes.
  • Pre-Sale & Post-Sale Support:
  • Provide technical insights during pre-sales to demonstrate how our solutions align with client needs.
  • Deliver ongoing support to ensure successful solution implementation and adoption.

Requirements

Tech Skills & Qualifications

  • 4+ years in technical roles like TAM, Data Analyst, or Developer.
  • Proficiency in SQL, scripting (Python/ Ruby), and data processing.
  • Experience with APIs, ERP, and BI applications.
  • Familiarity with YAML, JSON, ERPs, databases, and ETL data pipelines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Industrial and Management or related fields.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English

Soft Skills

  • 3+ years in client-facing roles providing technical support, consultancy, solutions or account management.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders effectively.
  • Team player and can-do attitude
