Role Overview

As a Tech Recruiter at BairesDev, you will analyze our candidate pool and manage the recruitment process while working closely with various teams to ensure successful placements.

Responsibilities

• Handle and fill openings, selecting candidates and meeting deadlines.
• Review and filter candidates following specific parameters.
• Write summaries and edit resumes to present candidates effectively.
• Handle communication with internal teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience with technical recruiting.
• Adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Advanced level of English.
