What To Expect In This Role

• Lead a full-stack product team building real-time, customer-facing systems
• Guide system architecture and technical strategy
• Work with a mature remote culture across Latin and North America
• Balance hands-on development with technical leadership and mentorship
• Solve meaningful engineering problems with autonomy and ownership

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable applications using Node.js, React, and TypeScript
• Own architecture decisions and ensure maintainable, performant solutions
• Lead CI/CD practices, testing strategies, and cloud infrastructure
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align goals and delivery
• Mentor team members and maintain engineering standards
• Track progress, manage risks, and report effectively to stakeholders

Requirements

• 8+ years of software development experience
• 3+ years in a technical leadership position
• Advanced proficiency in Node.js, React, TypeScript, RESTful APIs
• Experience with Docker, AWS, Git workflows, CI/CD, SQL or PostgreSQL
• Fluent English (written and verbal) for daily remote collaboration
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and team leadership skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with Next.js 14/15 (App Router, Server Components)
• Familiarity with Storybook, Radix UI, or other design systems
• Knowledge of data visualization tools: Recharts, Victory, D3
• Backend experience with NestJS, Fastify, TypeORM, GraphQL APIs
• Deployment using Vercel, Netlify, or AWS (S3 + CloudFront)
• AWS ECS, Lambda, or EKS exposure
• Interest or experience with AI/LLM-based workflows, automation, or NLP
