We are a small, senior, fully remote team using Snowflake, dbt, Matillion, and Sigma. We're seeking a senior technical voice to define our architecture and governance, ensuring speed without debt.

How You'll Make an Impact

As our Tech Lead Data Engineer & Data Architect, you will set standards for our core Data Analytics platform. This leadership role involves hands-on responsibilities for data modeling, warehouse design, and modernizing our tech stack.

• Data Architecture & Modeling Ownership: Oversee cloud data architecture and model design.
• Data Engineering Competency: Lead end-to-end design of data pipelines.
• DataOps & CI/CD Integration: Enhance our existing workflows.
• Governance & Observability Strategy: Implement scalable solutions to track data lineage and quality.
• Platform Efficiency & Cost Control: Optimize performance and costs.
• Technical Mentorship & Agile Leadership: Guide team members in architectural decisions.
