Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead to oversee the integration of a newly acquired background check product into Checkr’s systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the product development from ideation to release.
• Collaborate with engineers and product managers.
• Design, develop, and maintain software.
• Manage project priorities and deliverables.
• Deliver performant and secure code.

Qualifications

• 10+ years as a software engineer, with strong Python skills.
• Experience with microservice architecture and AWS.
• Leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, CI/CD, and relevant databases.
